CCEL realignment complete for the upcoming season. Conference changes:
- Campbell: Pioneer -> Big South
- Charlotte: Indep FCS -> CUSA East
- Coastal Carolina: Big South -> Sun Belt
- Hampton: MEAC -> Indep FCS
- Idaho: Sun Belt -> Big Sky
- Liberty: Big South -> Indep Tier II
- Navy: Indep Tier II -> American Athletic
- New Mexico St: Sun Belt -> Indep Tier II
- North Dakota: Big Sky -> Indep FCS
- UMass: MAC East -> Indep Tier II

Finally the conference changes
- American Athletic splits into two divisions: East (UCF, Cincinnati, Temple, South Florida, ECU, UConn) and West (Houston, Tulane, Memphis, SMU, Navy, Tulsa)
- CUSA: UAB moves from east to west
- MW East rename to MW Mountain
- Sun Belt splits into two divisions: Group A (App State, Troy, GA Southern, Coastal Carolina, Georgia St) and Group B (ULL, Ark. State, ULM, S. Alabama, Texas St)

Note there were three new teams I intended to add, but for some reason that isn't working right now. I'll get to them next CCEL offseason.
