only for preseason games: it would be nice, if we can play versus Bob Teams. many leagues dont have much opinions for Opponents.

I appreciate the inputs, but will pass on this one. I am generally neutral on exhibition games any more than getting more than one scrimmage per game day as any of this gives more ability than is realistic for coaches to evaluate their players post-training in realistic game situations. That is, scrimmages are attempting to model what coaches see in practice, but full-game exhibitions during the preseason (or regular season, as some are requesting) are simply not realistic.
The rationale for allowing them between human-run teams, despite the lack of realism, is to help facilitate more interactions between coaches on the site. But this rationale vanishes when a human coach is lining up a CPU coach.

If it is not much work I would like to have this option but I think other requests are more important

I'm totally for exhibition games against bobs during preseason because it's hard to find an opponent for every preseason gameday.
