Request For: Pro Basketball
Request Title: RFA
In my opinion this feature for basketball is useless.
We should change it or delete the feature.
My suggestion for RFA would be to split the Waiver 1 and the RFA.
In the RFA you should have the option to see what the highest bid for your player from GMs and Bobs is and than decide if you want to pay the same amount to keep him or decline it.
1. Click the Button for RFA
2. Do the RFA. Accept the bid or decline it.
3. Do the first Waiver
1. Click the Button for RFA
2. Do the first Waiver
3. Do the RFA

Joe P M: I go along with this 100% If there is no benefit for the team using RFA then it becomes nothing more than another player for everyone to bid on without the team having some way of knowing what it is going to cost Every owner should vote for this Don't just complain about it. I believe This would not be a difficult thing to implement.

Admin Notes
A restricted free agent is *NOT* just like any other free agent. For most free agents, if you submit the highest bid you will sign the player for something very close (if not exactly equal) to your bid. For your restricted free agents, if you submit the highest bid you will sign the player to the second-highest bid.
So, it works exactly as the proposed change would have, except that you have to determine ahead of time what is the highest bid you would choose to match.
