Request Title: Hide completed requests
Description
On this board, could we make the default view be "open" requests? [Status = New, In Review, In Work] and perhaps also only request that we are eligible to respond to? We could change view to see all requests, but why not change it to only the requests which are relevant?

The default list for the "Change Requests" screen has been limited to Newly Submitted, In Review, and In Work categories.
