Request Title: Fix tournament display bug
Description
When there is a first round upset in the CBEL tournaments, the game reverses the seeding for the teams. It's been like this for a long, long time. In the America East tournament this season, the first round game had 8-seed Stony Brook v 9-seed Albany. But because Albany won, they now appear as an 8-seed.

This is cosmetic only with no impact to anything, as there is no "home court" nor is there reseeding. I'll kick this back to "in review" status, as the effort required to change the tournament database is prohibitive for something that does not affect game play.

Loren Smith: It does affect how I write up the Road to the Final Four if I'm not paying close enough attention.
