Request Title: All-Conference Teams
Description
What if conferences with multiple coaches could vote for an all-conference team each season? It would be the same functionality as the current all-american voting, except the player pool would be limited to that conference.
Obviously there would have to be at least two coaches in the conference so a coach can't just vote himself a full all-conference team.

Certainly possible. Do coaches want additional end of year voting? If not, should the CPU pick them?

Jim Caruso: Human selection would be best, but that may be challenging in some conferences.
Stephen Thompson (Mar 31 14:49:45 2020 ): I think as long as you have the 2-coach rule this would add some more personality to the game.
Eric O (Apr 20 11:53:32 2020 ): I would say make it like the All-America teams work, but maybe weight human votes more - CPU fills out the team with human input?

Ron BK (Aug 3 14:05:48 2020 ): All-conference should be the coaches voting in their own conf. and all-American for the CPU with the coaches A-C voting into consideration
