Description
Currently only one NFL player has a contract over six years' duration. Suggest reducing the maximum contract length in DEL accordingly.

New contract lengths in DEL pro football have been limited to a maximum of eight years. (This equals the current longest contract in the NFL; the second-longest contract is six years.) We may reduce this further after seeing how the two-year reduction works out.
