Request Title: Opening Kickoff
Description
I'm not sure what is used to determine who receives the opening kickoff, but many teams are using it as part of strategy.
In "Coaching options" allow coaches the opportunity to Receive or Defer to the second half.

This would be a fair amount of work to implement, so I'll keep this one on ice until there is a more compelling need to update the football databases. Obviously the change would be for the opening coin toss only.

): I feel like home team just always gets the ball first, possibly including OT. If you chose to defer, would that decision carry over into OT?

): Definitely a strategy point for me. I'm new so I was curious if I was missing this. Something simple would suit me just to always kick if winning toss, I based my initial set up around this idea.
