Request Title: QB/PK/PN Legal Roster/Recruiting Change
Description
I think the following change would enhance the CCEL recruiting experience. It would remove an oddity due to the fact that QBs and Kickers can't change positions.
Ignore legal roster requirements for QB, PK, and PN through recruiting. At the end of Round 3, before training camps are run, generate minimum quality QB/PK/PN walk-ons (QB Ps/PB = 1/1, PK/PN skills = 1/1) and auto delete the lowest quality non-scholarship players on the roster, if needed, to make all rosters legal.
Alternately, the same goal could be achieved by allowing teams to offer 1 available schollie for each of those positions (QB/PK/PN) without requiring an available roster slot, so long as
1) there is a non-schollie player already on roster at the position,
2) and then auto-trim the roster to remove the non-schollie player if the offer is accepted and there would be more than 65 players total on the roster

Each recruiting group in college can include a list of players to be cut to make room for recruits. When this option is used, the logic will take effect whenever a recruit from that group is signed. In that case, the game will select the first player on that list with a position the recruit could move to, cut the player, and move the recruit to that position. If no player is found (no list is provided, all players on the list have already been cut, or all remaining players on the list are at the wrong position), the recruit remains at his original position and would be signed only if roster room is available.
The primary intent is to allow teams with walk-ons of no value to recruit replacements at those positions, without needing to use roster space for both the recruit and the walk-on until recruiting is complete and the walk-on can be cut. However, it could be used in other cases. For example, a CBEL team with only one roster opening and needing two guards could designate only one player for cutting, thus making a cut/sign with the first recruit and a normal signing with the second one.
Note that this change is effective immediately for template-based recruiting orders. The web-based controls will be updated as soon as a league can test this, which will be the upcoming CCEL recruiting season.

): I like the second part. I'm sure we've all been in the position of carrying a 1/1 kicker into the second round while we tried to sign one in the first round.
