Request Title: Double Dipper E-mails
Description
Suggest allowing double-dipping college coaches to use the same e-mail address for both accounts, as long as the coach names are sufficiently similar that the double dipping is obvious (e.g., "Andy Dolphin II", "Andy Dolphin DD", etc.).

Admin Notes
It would not be possible to run with two coaches of the same name in the same league (names are unique identifiers), but two coaches of the same e-mail address could be added, both in terms of the account management and trying to consolidate e-mail lists.

Jeff Blevins (Sep 9 13:41:13 2025 ): Would be nice to be able to have the Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams added to our main account for easier management. Not sure if there is a way to make it where an account can only have one Tier 1, one Tier 2 and one Tier 3 per account.
