Request Title: QB situation specialists
Description
We should be able to set situation options for QBs. The primary difference is pass/run capabilities. Since the defensive situation settings do not have any option to specifically defend a rushing QB (like specifying a spy), or defend option plays differently from any other rushing play, I cannot see any way that this would disadvantage the defense. When you add in the fact that QBs already do not rush as well as they do IRL, I can't see any impediment while any improvement in QB sneaks would be a positive for the game - and I am referring to regular QB sneaks in S and G situations, not tush push.

The reason QB situational assignments are ignored is that the sim tries to keep the same QB in the game for an entire drive (aside from injury, etc.). I think a fair amount would need to change for something like a short-yardage QB, such as disabling in any hurry-up type situation (and preventing a team from going into hurry-up if a short-yardage QB is on the field).
Not saying this is not doable, just that would require a more significant change to make QBs situational, as there is a fair amount of logic in the game to expressly prevent QB subbing, and clock impacts of changing QBs would need to be incorporated (e.g., wouldn't want to get stuck with your running QB during a two-minute drill because the game brought him in while the clock was stopped between plays).
Regarding QB runs (sneaks and draws), suggest opening a separate request with what you would like to see there.

Sounds like I dont understand the way the sim manages situations and substitutions. I thought this would be a simple enhancement but if not let's kill this request. I'd prioritize making qb runs more effective which I assume would also require a spy designation or other changes on the D and so is not something done quickly.
