Request Title: Formation Viewer
Description
Not a huge deal but fix the formation viewer so that you can't put in personnel that doesn't work in the game.

For example you can put in 3 OLBs in the formation viewer but can't have that in the actual game.

Admin Notes
Some limits have been added to the pull-down menus on the formation viewer. However, it is not Javascript enabled, so it can allow users to make selections that individually could be OK but in combination are not.

Would be nice but prefer that it be low priority.

True. You can't put it in the defensive editor but you can in the Formation Viewer.

Would be nice to not be able to do that.

Not a HUGE deal. Just a nice to have when you are messing around trying to create new playbooks.
