After the enterpoll line, you should list the teams you wish to vote for, one per line, in order from #1 to #15 (CBEL/CCEL) or #10 (CMEL/ECHL).

Example:

  ENTERPOLL
  Washington
  St Johns
  ...
  Xavier
  DONE

Will vote Washington #1, St John's #2, and Xavier #10 or #15 (depending on the sport).
