After the stars line, you should list all players you want to vote for. The format of the voting is unimportant. You should vote the number of players per position needed to build a legal team. For example, in basketball you should vote for two players at each position.

Example:
  STARS
  435 495
  961 185
  328 385
  159 582
  296 705
  DONE
Will vote for those ten players to be on the all-star team. Presumably this is basketball, where two players at each of five positions is the expected voting.
