CVBL: San Antonio Spoilers for Indiana

Taylor put San Antonio on his back today, carrying them to a stunning 100-86 victory over Indiana. "I'd never tell my players this coming into the game, but I knew they were they better team and was just hoping to avoid getting blown out," said San Antonio coach Bob. "And aside from Taylor, Indiana was the better team out there and probably should have won. But Taylor was about as good as I've ever seen him, and we were able to hitch up and ride him to the win."

Indiana coach Coach Hitch was impressed. "You certainly can't count on a single player to consistently steal wins for your team, but that's what Taylor did for them today. We just have to hope for a more human performance from him next time we meet."

San Antonio was led by Taylor (8 points, 18 boards, 0 assists, 2 steals, 4 blocks), Wright (8 points, 14 boards, 1 assists, 2 blocks), Mack (21 points). Indiana was led by Wade (20 points, 9 boards, 0 assists, a steal, a block), Gray (12 points, 12 boards, 0 assists), Sigler (7 points, 7 boards, 0 assists, a block).

With this victory, San Antonio stand at 10-31 and 5-14 at home. They remain at #5 in the Southwest and stay at #15 overall in the Western Conference. After this defeat, Indiana stand at 25-16. They hold at #2 in the Central and move down to #6 overall in the Eastern Conference.
