CVBL: Utah 84, Dallas 83 in Overtime
Utah managed to hold on long enough today, pulling off an upset win over Dallas in overtime. Said Utah coach Coach Young after the game, "You never forget big games like this. It was definitely be an emotional win for us, and I'm really proud of the amount of heart we showed out there. Given the odds coming in, we could have just folded. But underdogs can win the big games too."
The difference in "heart" was evident from the start of the game, as Utah players seemed to be giving twice as much effort as Dallas players, forcing overtime and then getting the win. Dallas coach Bob was unavailable for comment.

Utah are now 18-27. They stay at #3 in the Northwest and hold at #9 overall in the Western Conference. After this defeat, Dallas fall to 25-17 and 17-6 at home. They stay at #2 in the Southwest and hold at #5 overall in the Western Conference.
