A new-look Memphis team shocked Houston today, winning 103-98. "Wow," remarked Houston coach Bob. "We came in thinking we knew what to expect, but we were sure wrong. [Memphis coach] Bob really did his job preparing for the game, and has turned his team around. If they can keep it up, they'll be a force to be reckoned with."
Said Bob, "The players have struggled a bit with our system here. It's nice to see things finally start to sink in. I also have to thank Maxwell. I think some of the players were a bit intimidated coming in, but after he started dominating the whole team rode the wave."

Memphis jump to 21-24 and 13-11 at home. They hold at #5 in the Southwest and hold at #13 overall in the Western Conference. Houston drop to 33-10 after the defeat. They hold at #1 in the Southwest and stay at #1 overall in the Western Conference.
