CVBL: Bob Ecstatic as Boston Upsets Milwaukee

Boston took advantage of bad calls and lucky breaks, coming away with the 97-90 upset of Milwaukee. "I won't lie and say that we deserved this win," said Boston coach Bob, "it was a gift. They outplayed us from the start, and somebody not keeping count of the score would have had them well ahead at the end. But the luck came at the critical points of the game, and somehow we came out on top."

Milwaukee players and coach Bob were livid afterwards. "That had to be one of the worst refereeing jobs I've ever seen," said Bob. "Those guys were like a bunch of idiot clowns out there. Makes you wonder if the game was rigged." Reynolds players were unavailable for comment.

Boston was led by Mcneil (9 points, 6 boards, 12 assists, 6 steals, a block), Mcfadden (14 points, 8 boards, 3 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Knott (15 points, 7 boards, 0 assists). Milwaukee was led by Reynolds (21 points, 7 boards, 0 assists, 2 blocks), Walden (10 points, 20 boards, 0 assists, a steal), Williams (10 points, 9 boards, 0 assists, 3 blocks).

After the win, Boston stand at 20-25. They stay at #4 in the Atlantic and hold at #9 overall in the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee drop to 32-13 and 18-6 at home. They remain at #1 in the Central and hold at #1 overall in the Eastern Conference.
