CVBL: Brooklyn Surprises Philadelphia 101-97
Coming in as heavy underdogs, Brooklyn turned some heads today with a solid 101-97 win over Philadelphia. Said one broadcaster, "I didn't know Brooklyn were that good, quite frankly. They really haven't done much all season, but the way they came in and handled Philadelphia showed what they're capable of."
The thoughts were echoed by Philadelphia coach Bob. "We had pretty thorough film sessions coming into the game, and we never saw them execute that well. [Brooklyn coach] Bob did a great job getting them ready, and we'll have to see if this was a one-time performance or if they can maintain that level of play."

Brooklyn improve to 21-24 and 12-11 at home. They remain at #3 in the Atlantic and stay at #6 overall in the Eastern Conference. With today's defeat, Philadelphia fall to 30-17. They stay at #1 in the Atlantic and remain at #2 overall in the Eastern Conference.
