CVBL: San Antonio Downs Dallas

San Antonio served notice that their time has come, thanks to an impressive 107-96 win over Dallas. "I think a lot of people have overlooked us," said Coach Bob after the game. "Maybe with this game and a few more quality wins, the rest of the league will start to take notice." Dallas certainly took notice today, as losing coach Bob said "We really expected to put on a better game than this. But San Antonio were just too good."

San Antonio was led by Williams (23 points, 5 boards, 1 assists, a steal, a block), Stroman (15 points, 11 boards, 0 assists, a steal, a block), Owens (20 points, 3 assists). Dallas was led by Schmidt (18 points, 9 assists, 2 steals), Garcia (12 points, 7 boards, 2 assists, a steal, 3 blocks), Ziegler (18 points, 0 assists, 2 blocks).

San Antonio jump to 26-21 with this win. They remain at #2 in the Southwest and remain at #6 overall in the Western Conference. Dallas are now 25-24 and 13-12 at home. They hold at #3 in the Southwest and drop to #10 overall in the Western Conference.
