CVBL: Utah Tops Dallas
Utah came out on top in an exciting game against Dallas. "I'm sure it was a dream game for the fans, with the result in the balance down to the end," said Utah coach Coach Young. "But these sorts of games give me gray hair."
Coach Young and his counterpart, Dallas coach Bob, brought out the best in their teams. "Not a lot of mistakes from either side," said Bob. "That's what I like to see. Of course, I'd like to see us win as well but only one team can do that. Utah just played better, and we have to tip our hats to them."
Utah was led by Feaster (20 points, 13 boards, 3 assists, 4 blocks), Patton (22 points, a steal), Smiley (6 points, 9 boards, 4 assists, 2 blocks). Dallas was led by Perry (26 points, 14 boards, 0 assists, a block), Forrester (22 points, a steal, 3 blocks), Mack (20 points, 2 blocks).
