CVBL: Portland Beats LA Clippers 87-84
LA Clippers came up short today against Portland, falling 87-84. "That was a really tough game to lose," said LA Clippers coach Bob after the game. "We came in thinking we could beat these guys. And we really played them well. But a few too many mistakes on our part kept us from getting the 'W'." One player who definitely can't be too downcast is Patrick, whose outstanding game was one of the bright points for LA Clippers and caused some other teams to take notice.

Portland jump to 50-21 and 24-10 at home with this victory. They remain at #1 in the Northwest and remain at #2 overall in the Western Conference. LA Clippers drop to 50-20. They fall to #2 in the Pacific and drop to #4 overall in the Western Conference.
