CVBL: Bob Watches Dallas Win
Dallas star Digiulio led his team to a win today in a key game against Minnesota. Although standings were at stake, the game was as much about bragging rights as anything. The teams have a long history against each other that began when coaches Bob and Bob traded insults after an apparently intentional injury to one of Bob's players. Although Bob has long denied that there was any malicious intent, Dallas fans don't believe it and turn out in large numbers whenever Minnesota comes to town.
Dallas was led by Digiulio (35 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, a steal, a block), Bera (21 points, 8 boards, 1 assists, 2 blocks), Dossman (26 points, 1 assists). Minnesota was led by Jaramillo (17 points, 20 boards, 7 assists, 2 blocks), Walz (8 points, 13 assists, 2 steals), Nordman (16 points, 3 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks).
Dallas are now 41-29 and 24-9 at home with today's victory. They remain at #2 in the Southwest and remain at #4 overall in the Western Conference. Minnesota are now 42-28 after the defeat. They hold at #1 in the Northwest and remain at #3 overall in the Western Conference.
