Toronto coach Bob was concilliatory after the game as well. "When Wilson is doing his thing, you just hope you can keep him under control. We didn't, though Day certainly did his part. We really thought we could win this game, so the locker room is pretty quiet right now. We'll just have to turn our focus to next week."

Philadelphia stand at 39-33 and 28-10 at home after this victory. They stay at #3 in the Atlantic and remain at #5 overall in the Eastern Conference. With the defeat, Toronto are now 34-36. They stay at #4 in the Atlantic and drop to #8 overall in the Eastern Conference.
