Phoenix coach Bob was concilliatory after the game as well. "When Westbrook is doing his thing, you just hope you can keep him under control. We didn't, though Kennedy certainly did his part. We really thought we could win this game, so the locker room is pretty quiet right now. We'll just have to turn our focus to next week."

Sacramento halted their slide at 6 games, and improve to 24-48 and 17-17 at home. They remain at #2 in the Pacific and remain at #11 overall in the Western Conference. With today's loss, Phoenix stand at 17-54. They move down to #4 in the Pacific and drop to #14 overall in the Western Conference.
