CVBL: LA Clippers Tops Brooklyn

A great game plan and solid execution gave LA Clippers a 92-85 win over Brooklyn. The game looked like a toss-up on paper, with both teams having strengths and weaknesses. But LA Clippers coach Bob had his team better-prepared, and the difference was clear when the teams began play. "It's embarrasing to admit, but I was outcoached today," said Brooklyn coach Bob. "Bob had his team prepared perfectly, and his players did exactly what they were supposed to do."

LA Clippers was led by Murphy (24 points, 9 boards, 1 assists, 2 steals, a block), Patrick (15 points, 6 boards, 3 assists, 3 blocks), Davidson (8 points, 5 boards, 9 assists, 2 steals). Brooklyn was led by Lee (10 points, 11 boards, 2 assists, 2 steals, 3 blocks), Olson (20 points, a steal), Spring (20 points, 1 assists, a steal).

After this win, LA Clippers are now 52-20 and 27-10 at home. They advance to #1 in the Pacific and move up to #1 overall in the Western Conference. Brooklyn fall to 49-24. They remain at #2 in the Atlantic and remain at #4 overall in the Eastern Conference.
