CVBL: Brooklyn Clobbers Orlando
Brooklyn dominated Orlando today, winning by a final score of 87-70. Although the score was 0-0 at the start of the game, Brooklyn quickly took charge and, aside from brief flurries of activity by Orlando, were never really threatened. "We were schooled out there," said Orlando coach Bob. "I mean it wasn't a blowout, but they sure were in control the entire game. [Brooklyn coach] Bob did a great job getting his team ready for the game, and Lee was nearly unstoppable."
Brooklyn was led by Lee (20 points, 13 boards, 1 assists, a steal, 3 blocks), Alves (17 points, 8 boards, 1 assists, a block), Olson (18 points, a steal, a block). Orlando was led by Vancourt (16 points, 1 assists), Wright (10 points, 1 assists, 2 blocks), Mcfadden (12 points, 1 assists, a steal).
Brooklyn stand at 50-24 after the win. They remain at #2 in the Atlantic and remain at #4 overall in the Eastern Conference. With today's loss, Orlando are now 31-43 and 22-17 at home. They stay at #2 in the Southeast and stay at #9 overall in the Eastern Conference.
