CVBL: Chicago Upsets Brooklyn 107-89

Logan played a solid game, leading Chicago to a 107-89 upset of Brooklyn. "It was an 'upset' in name only," said Brooklyn coach Bob. "They were the better team today. Bob had his team better prepared than I had mine, and Logan was just too much for us to handle. It you didn't know the teams' records but just saw this game, you'd say Chicago was the better team by far."

Chicago was led by Logan (16 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, a steal, 6 blocks), Mayes (21 points, 5 boards, 4 assists, a block), Brown (14 points, 7 boards, 1 assists). Brooklyn was led by Rosemond (32 points, 7 boards, 1 assists), Knight (10 points, 7 boards, 4 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Townes (7 points, 3 steals).

Chicago stand at 29-45. They stay at #4 in the Central and hold at #13 overall in the Eastern Conference. With this defeat, Brooklyn drop to 35-39 and 18-20 at home. They remain at #4 in the Atlantic and remain at #7 overall in the Eastern Conference.
