CVBL: Chicago Surprises Toronto

Chicago pulled off the surprise 118-110 win over Toronto, thanks to a great game by Tiller. "Take away Tiller from this team, and we couldn't have done it," said Chicago coach Bob after the game. "He deserves the credit for this win." Toronto coach Bob agreed, "We didn't really think Tiller had that kind of game in him after watching the films, but he showed us wrong."

Chicago was led by Tiller (12 points, 8 boards, 9 assists, a steal), Humphrey (18 points, 6 boards, 1 assists, a steal), Mayes (17 points, 2 steals, a block). Toronto was led by Moore (24 points, 17 boards, 4 assists, 2 steals, 3 blocks), Whitaker (30 points, 1 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), James (20 points, 2 steals).

Chicago jump to 31-46 and 19-18 at home. They stay at #4 in the Central and stay at #13 overall in the Eastern Conference. Toronto are now 41-36 after the loss. They remain at #3 in the Atlantic and remain at #6 overall in the Eastern Conference.
