Brooklyn defeated Milwaukee last night by a score of 111-109, proving that they are not done winning just yet. They have come under scrutiny lately, despite the fact that they have continued winning. Coach Bob said after the game that "We just can't impress the sportswriters enough, I guess. No matter how we perform during the game, there are going to be reasons to complain."
Milwaukee coach Bob couldn't agree more. "This is a good team. The better team just won tonight, that's all. Go write your story."
Brooklyn was led by Fuller (22 points, 2 assists, 2 blocks), Lee (14 points, 10 boards, 2 assists, a steal, a block), Spring (26 points). Milwaukee was led by Daniels (17 points, 12 boards, 3 assists, a steal, 3 blocks), Wilson (5 points, 11 assists, a steal), Courtney (20 points).
With today's win, Brooklyn stand at 53-24. They stay at #2 in the Atlantic and hold at #4 overall in the Eastern Conference. With the loss, Milwaukee fall to 23-55 and 18-23 at home. They remain at #5 in the Central and hold at #15 overall in the Eastern Conference.
