Brooklyn pulled even in the Eastern Conference First Round 2-2, pulling off the surprise 96-82 win over Philadelphia. "Take away Miller from this team, and we couldn't have done it," said Brooklyn coach Bob after the game. "He deserves the credit for this win." Philadelphia coach Bob agreed, "We didn't really think Miller had that kind of game in him after watching the films, but he showed us wrong."
