CVBL: Detroit Trail 2-3 in Eastern Conference First Round
Detroit are still down in the Eastern Conference First Round 2-3. They sent New York out of the stadium with their heads between their legs thanks to a 103-78 blowout. In the post-game press conference, Detroit coach David Smith spoke of how his team came out ready to play and didn't let up once they got ahead. Led by Delgado, Detroit was able to hold off the few runs made by New York. Coach Bob of New York said, "I really thought we had a chance to win this game. Hopefully next game we will come out ready to play. Maybe I need to take our ping pong table out of the clubhouse."
