CVBL: Sacramento and Indiana Down to the Wire

Slumping Indiana lost yet another game last night, falling to Sacramento 106-105. Indiana coach Coach Hitch could not be located after the game, and there was an unconfirmed report that he could be done with Indiana. Rumors are that another loss to hated Sacramento could be the end of the line for the coach. Fans and players are beginning to get fed up, especially with losses in big games like today's. We'll have more on this story as it develops.

Sacramento was led by Gilliam (17 points, 6 assists, a block), Mcadoo (16 points, 1 assists, a steal, 3 blocks), Davis (22 points, 6 boards, 1 assists). Indiana was led by Guevara (27 points, 14 boards, 1 assists, a block), Battle (22 points, a steal, 4 blocks), Mack (13 points, a steal, 2 blocks).

Sacramento stand at 2-0. They move up to #2 in the Pacific and improve to #4 overall in the Western Conference. With today's defeat, Indiana are now 1-1 and 0-1 at home. They stay at #3 in the Central and move down to #8 overall in the Eastern Conference.
