CVBL: Brooklyn Edges Out Washington in Overtime 122 - 114
Brooklyn and Washington put on a terrific show today, but Brooklyn came out on top 122-114. Said coach Bob after the game, "It's one of those games that you almost hate to see anyone lose. Both teams left it all out there, and I didn't want to see it finish. But in the end, we made a couple more big plays in overtime, and that made the difference."
Brooklyn was led by Banks (35 points, 10 boards, 5 assists, a steal, a block), Rancatore (5 points, 26 boards, 1 assists, a steal), Knight (29 points, 5 boards, 1 assists). Washington was led by Stinson (31 points, a steal), Butler (16 points, 19 boards, 2 assists), Meridy (18 points, 3 steals, a block).
