CVBL: Bob Satisfied With Sacramento Win
Sacramento played a solid game today, beating Orlando 120-96. Orlando players and fans were expecting the game to be a bit closer, but everything went well for Sacramento today. "It was really frustrating," said Orlando star Davis. "I thought we were going to be ready for this game, but we just couldn't do anything against them." Coach Bob seemed perplexed early on, but made a few adjustments late in the game that were too little, too late in this game but may help his side out next time these two teams meet.
Sacramento was led by Dobbs (26 points, a steal, 2 blocks), Coppin (23 points, 2 assists), Brown (13 points, 4 assists, 2 blocks). Orlando was led by Davis (36 points, a block), Braziel (13 points, 2 assists, 2 blocks), Bryant (13 points, 1 assists, a steal).
After the victory, Sacramento are now 2-0 and 1-0 at home. They stay at #1 in the Pacific and move up to #2 overall in the Western Conference. Orlando drop to 0-2 after this defeat. They hold at #4 in the Southeast and move down to #14 overall in the Eastern Conference.
