CVBL: Houston Snatches Win over Cleveland

A great game plan and solid execution gave Houston a 115-108 win over Cleveland. The game looked like a toss-up on paper, with both teams having strengths and weaknesses. But Houston coach Bob had his team better-prepared, and the difference was clear when the teams began play. "It's embarrasing to admit, but I was outcoached today," said Cleveland coach Bob. "Bob had his team prepared perfectly, and his players did exactly what they were supposed to do."

Houston was led by Phillips (5 points, 16 assists, 5 steals), Taylor (16 points, 14 boards, 1 assists), Howard (20 points, 2 blocks). Cleveland was led by Jarmon (21 points, 9 boards, 3 assists, a block), Taylor (16 points, 5 boards, 0 assists, 2 blocks), Taylor (20 points, 2 steals).

Houston stand at 3-1 and 3-1 at home. They stay at #3 in the Southwest and move down to #6 overall in the Western Conference. After this defeat, Cleveland fall to 1-3. They remain at #4 in the Central and fall to #13 overall in the Eastern Conference.
