CVBL: Bob Watches San Antonio Win
San Antonio beat Atlanta today in a 108-103 game that was close the whole way. For much of the game, it looked like Atlanta would be able to pull off the win, thanks in large part to an outstanding performance by Chandler. But the tide finally turned in the end, with San Antonio star Logan leading his team to victory.
"Definitely a great game," said San Antonio coach Bob after the game. "The fans got their money's worth out of it, and both teams put up a good fight. We're just glad that we were able to finish strong and get the W. Logan was a big part of that, and I don't think we'd have won without his efforts."
San Antonio was led by Logan (16 points, 10 boards, 1 assists, 4 blocks), Lanham (19 points, 7 boards, 4 assists, a block), Feaster (13 points, 12 boards, 3 assists, a block). Atlanta was led by Chandler (8 points, 5 boards, 15 assists, 3 steals, a block), Rawlings (29 points, 1 assists), Baker (15 points, 7 boards, 0 assists, 2 blocks).
San Antonio are now 5-5. They improve to #3 in the Southwest and move up to #9 overall in the Western Conference. Atlanta drop to 6-4 and 5-3 at home with the loss. They hold at #1 in the Southeast and stay at #3 overall in the Eastern Conference.
