CVBL: Orlando Stuns Portland

Portland fans watched their team self-destruct today against Orlando, in one of the biggest upsets of the season. "I'd like to take the credit for great preparations," said Orlando coach Bob after the game. "We did work our rear ends off getting ready for this game, but I really can't believe the number of chances Portland gave us. First they let us get in the game, and later they let us pull out ahead and take home the win."

Portland head coach Bob declined comment after the game. Lost in his team's horrid performance was the one bright point, a solid outing by Shealey. Orlando was led by Braziel (23 points, 14 boards, 1 assists), Frazier (15 points, 7 boards, 2 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Wise (15 points, 5 boards, 3 assists, 4 steals). Portland was led by Shealey (34 points, 6 boards, 1 assists, 2 steals), Harris (23 points), Allbritton (17 points, 10 boards, 0 assists, a block).

With this win, Orlando stand at 5-7 and 4-4 at home. They stay at #4 in the Southeast and advance to #10 overall in the Eastern Conference. Portland fall to 7-4 after this defeat. They hold at #1 in the Northwest and stay at #3 overall in the Western Conference.
