CVBL: Sacramento Pulls out the Win over Philadelphia

Sacramento, led by Christie, got the critical win in today's matchup against Philadelphia. After the game, the Sacramento star was surrounded by would-be interviewers, a not uncommon sight recently as he has moved into a leading role on his team. After taking a few questions, he met his long-time friend, Philadelphia's Parker, who had played his heart out during the game only to come up short. "It's always tough when we play, he said. I always like to see him do well, and vice versa. But we can't both come out winners as long as we're on different teams." Rumors continue to circulate about the two friends trying to find their way onto the same team.

Sacramento was led by Christie (27 points, 1 assists), Weaver (7 points, 5 boards, 10 assists, a steal), Coleman (16 points, 6 boards, 1 assists, a steal). Philadelphia was led by Parker (25 points, 6 boards, 1 assists, a block), Jakes (11 points, a steal), Joseph (27 points).

Sacramento stand at 11-2 with this victory. They hold at #1 in the Pacific and stay at #1 overall in the Western Conference. Philadelphia fall to 8-5 and 6-2 at home. They stay at #1 in the Atlantic and stay at #2 overall in the Eastern Conference.
