CVBL: Detroit Coasts Past Milwaukee

Detroit served notice that their time has come, thanks to an impressive 98-79 win over Milwaukee. "I think a lot of people have overlooked us," said Coach David Smith after the game. "Maybe with this game and a few more quality wins, the rest of the league will start to take notice." Milwaukee certainly took notice today, as losing coach Bob said "We really expected to put on a better game than this. But Detroit were just too good."

Detroit continue to roll and are now 12-0 and 7-0 at home. They remain at #1 in the Central and stay at #1 overall in the Eastern Conference. After this loss, Milwaukee drop to 3-10. They remain at #5 in the Central and hold at #12 overall in the Eastern Conference.
