CVBL: Sacramento Gets Solid 104-91 Win
Sacramento posted a solid 104-91 win over Orlando today. "I don't think we left any doubt over who was the better team today," said Sacramento coach Bob. "We pretty much did whatever we wanted out there, and I don't think they ever figured out what to do about Taylor's play."
It will be a tough task for Orlando coach Bob to get his team up for their next game. "We really came in believing that we had a shot to win this one, but obviously that didn't happen. They outplayed us from the start, and there weren't too many happy faces in the locker room afterwards."
Sacramento was led by Taylor (5 points, 2 steals, 2 blocks), Sherrill (27 points, 2 steals), Stanford (12 points, 10 boards, 0 assists, 3 blocks). Orlando was led by Wright (19 points, 3 blocks), Feliu (16 points, 3 assists), Underwood (11 points, a steal).
Sacramento improve to 11-2. They remain at #1 in the Pacific and stay at #1 overall in the Western Conference. Orlando ended their winning streak at 5 games, and are now 7-5 and 5-2 at home. They hold at #1 in the Southeast and stay at #3 overall in the Eastern Conference.
