CVBL: Atlanta Steamrolls Orlando 127-89

A rock-solid Atlanta team routed Orlando, 127-89. "It sure felt good out there," said today's star, Buzzo. "We basically accomplished what we wanted to do on offense and defense. Coach's game plan worked perfectly."

Orlando coach Bob was disappointed with the game, but not completely surprised. "Atlanta is a great team, and we knew going in that if they played their best we didn't stand a chance. The only way we were going to win was if we got some breaks, and we didn't. But it was a great learning experience; they showed us our weaknesses."

Atlanta was led by Buzzo (10 points, 18 boards, 3 assists), Hill (17 points, 2 assists, 2 blocks), Mcnair (14 points, 5 boards, 1 assists, 4 blocks). Orlando was led by Buchanan (21 points), Wright (14 points, a steal, a block), Vancourt (9 points, 3 assists, 2 blocks).

Atlanta stand at 8-5 and 5-2 at home with today's victory. They hold at #1 in the Southeast and stay at #2 overall in the Eastern Conference. Orlando stand at 7-7 after this loss. They hold at #3 in the Southeast and hold at #7 overall in the Eastern Conference.
