CVBL: San Antonio Cruises Past Miami

Feaster led San Antonio to a big 98-85 win over Miami in this evening's matchup. "We figured we could play with them, but Feaster really surprised us," said Miami coach Bob. "He really took us out of our game plan, and we never really figured out how to stop him. We'll just have to hope for a more normal performance next time we meet, and hopefully the final tally will be a little closer."

San Antonio coach Bob was enthusiastic about his star's performance. "That was really something, wasn't it? Certainly we take a realistic expectation into each game, but it really gives the whole team confidence to know that Feaster can pull off a game like he did today."

San Antonio was led by Feaster (14 points, 15 boards, 4 assists, 2 blocks), Lanham (18 points, 2 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Mackey (15 points, a steal). Miami was led by Hargrove (8 points, 9 boards, 1 assists, 3 blocks), Banks (12 points, a steal), Durham (15 points, 1 assists, a block).

With the victory, San Antonio improve to 8-6. They move up to #3 in the Southwest and improve to #7 overall in the Western Conference. Miami drop to 8-7 and 6-2 at home with today's defeat. They drop to #2 in the Southeast and fall to #8 overall in the Eastern Conference.
