CVBL: Dallas Beats Oklahoma Cty
Perry led Dallas to victory today over Oklahoma Cty in a 103-96 game. "It was a tough one to lose," said losing coach Bob. "I thought we had a great chance going in, and even now I think we'd have a great chance in a rematch. But Perry made the difference for his team, and we really didn't have an answer today."
Dallas coach Bob was equally admiring of his star. "Oklahoma Cty were very well prepared for this game, and our boys weren't really ready for what they faced out there. I like to believe that we'd play a better all-around game when we play them again, but we'll be happy riding Perry and getting the win today."
Dallas was led by Perry (30 points, 2 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Forrester (30 points, 1 assists, 3 blocks), Williams (6 points, 9 boards, 0 assists, a steal). Oklahoma Cty was led by Golden (29 points, 8 boards, 1 assists, 2 blocks), Johnson (18 points, 9 boards, 0 assists, a steal, a block), Joseph (14 points).
