CVBL: 111-92 Sacramento

Sacramento showed their mettle today with a convincing 111-92 win over Oklahoma Cty. "After some of the games we've had, I think we've left some doubt as to whether we can solidly beat anybody," said head coach Bob after the game. "I don't know that one game will erase those doubts, but I can certainly see the difference in the locker room."

The win came largely as the result of a great effort by Bravo, the Sacramento star. Said Bob of him, "The game would have gone down to the wire without Bravo's efforts today. He really made the difference between another tough battle and a dominating win."

Sacramento was led by Bravo (21 points, 8 boards, 2 assists, a steal), Sherrill (11 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, a steal, 3 blocks), Moore (13 points, 3 steals). Oklahoma Cty was led by Golden (14 points, 18 boards, 5 assists, a steal, 3 blocks), Stanford (19 points, 1 assists), Joseph (16 points, a block).

Sacramento are now 15-1 and 8-0 at home after today's win. They hold at #1 in the Pacific and remain at #1 overall in the Western Conference. Oklahoma Cty fall to 10-8. They hold at #3 in the Northwest and hold at #7 overall in the Western Conference.
