After the game, winning coach Andreas Helmle was taking in the spotlight after the huge win, but Coach Bob of Minnesota was nowhere to be seen.

LA Lakers, led by Richardson, helped boost the team into the national spotlight. "Wow! we beat Minnesota - what a great feeling! This moment is why we have worked our butts off in practice.
