CVBL: LA Clippers 91, Milwaukee 75

LA Clippers overpowered Milwaukee today, showing who is the better team. Most around the league expected this kind of result, but Milwaukee head coach Bob was defiant until game time. "Underdogs, my ----. We've got enough talent and enough heart to play with anybody in the league." Afterwards, his tune had changed significantly. "We've got some work ahead of us before we can play at their level."

The only bright point for Milwaukee was the great play by Edwards, and Bob was quick to praise his star. "If the whole team had played with his energy, we'd have been able to play with LA Clippers. The bright side is that we know what he can do against them, and we'll try to build on that for our next meeting."

LA Clippers was led by Boswell (8 points, 2 steals), Minor (17 points, 8 boards, 0 assists, a steal, a block), Cato (9 points, 5 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks). Milwaukee was led by Edwards (12 points, a steal), Sykes (14 points, 2 blocks), Momon (9 points, 3 steals, a block).

LA Clippers extended their winning streak 17 games and jump to 17-1 and 10-1 at home. They hold at #1 in the Pacific and stay at #1 overall in the Western Conference. Milwaukee drop to 8-9. They stay at #2 in the Central and remain at #8 overall in the Eastern Conference.
