CVBL: Milwaukee Dominant in Win Over Boston

In one of the most important games of the season for both teams, Milwaukee upstaged Boston 103-91. Showing more glitter than a Brittany Spears concert, perfect Milwaukee execution, a brilliant game by Jaramillo, and impeccable play-calling by Bob provided all the right ingredients for a big win.

Aguirre was key for Boston, but after the game he looked like somebody had just run over his dog. "I thought we could do it. The whole game I was still thinking we were going to win. I guess that's the difference between thinking it and doing it. Give Milwaukee credit - they are nothing but class. I just feel sorry for coach Bob. He had us ready and we let him down."

Milwaukee was led by Jaramillo (14 points, 6 boards, 2 assists, a steal, 5 blocks), Valentine (9 points, 16 boards, 1 assists, 3 blocks), Hunter (18 points, 0 assists, a steal, 3 blocks). Boston was led by Aguirre (18 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, 5 blocks), Triplett (20 points, 9 boards, 1 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Davis (9 points, 3 steals).

Milwaukee jump to 23-2 and 8-0 at home. They stay at #1 in the Central and remain at #1 overall in the Eastern Conference. With today's loss, Boston fall to 6-21. They remain at #5 in the Atlantic and hold at #15 overall in the Eastern Conference.
