After the game was over, Houston left the stadium with their heads between their legs after being on the losing end of a 111-86 blowout against Utah. Led by Bowling, Utah was able to hold off the few runs made by Houston. Coach Bob of Houston said, "I really thought we had a chance to win this game. Hopefully next game we will come out ready to play. Maybe I need to take our ping pong table out of the clubhouse."
