CVBL: LA Clippers 115, Dallas 94

A collapse by Dallas led to a 115-94 beating by LA Clippers, increasing the pressure on the Dallas coach. Bob had to suffer through the game as his players were ineffective and his former fans were heckling. To make matters worse, the team was dominated by hated LA Clippers, a bad thing for any Dallas coach.

"That ---- man can't win a ---- game if his ---- life depended on it!" screamed one disgruntled fan, who is obviously tired of Dallas losing ways. While Dallas deny it, rumors about that they have already started a search for a new coach who can turn this franchise around.

It was just more fuel for the fire today when LA Clippers took Dallas behind the woodpile for a 115-94 whooping. Although Vegas was predicting a LA Clippers win, many people believed the Dallas certainly had the talent to knock them off. Schmidt did everything in his power to help his coach, but in the end Brown led the LA Clippers to victory.

"You hate to see somebody with Bob's character go through this. It's just a sad sight," commented LA Clippers coach Bob. "We're obviously delighted to get the victory over such a worthy adversary in a big rivalry game like this, and all I can do is credit my players, my assistants, and our fans."

LA Clippers was led by Brown (21 points, 14 boards, 1 assists, 3 blocks), Gleeson (22 points, 2 blocks), Reese (15 points, 5 boards, 0 assists, a block). Dallas was led by Schmidt (22 points, 3 steals), Mcadoo (18 points, 6 boards, 0 assists, a steal), Thompson (10 points, 12 boards, 1 assists, a block).

With the victory, LA Clippers jump to 18-10 and 10-3 at home. They hold at #2 in the Pacific and move up to #5 overall in the Western Conference. With the loss, Dallas drop to 12-15. They stay at #3 in the Southwest and hold at #11 overall in the Western Conference.
